2.4 Pickup Orders: Orders marked for pickup must be collected from our location at 1004 King St W, Hamilton, ON L8S 1L1 during our business hours.

3.1 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before preparation begins. Please contact us immediately at (905) 540-4839 or twestdalecafe@yahoo.com.

3.2 Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders or in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3.3 Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
